Show '30 Class Reunion Most Successful; Another Planned Twenty four years makes a difference dif-ference in the lives and appearance appear-ance of most everyone, members of the high school graduating class of 1930 decided after their reunion Saturday evening. The affair was held at Chicken Chick-en Roost with places arranged for approximately 60 people including class members and their wives or husbands. Needless to say, the forepart of the evening was spent with handshakes, visiting and renewing re-newing acquaintances. Later all were seated at long tables which held beautiful and appropriate centerpieces consisting consist-ing of red roses in crystal bowls banked with blue flowers for the high school colors with a huge glistening 1930 in the center. A lot of fun and entertainment was furnished during dinner, by the various members telling how many children and grandchildren they had; what had happened- to them since graduation, etc. It was noted that the class members had probably made a record for the number attaining the position of bishop and they decided that it must have been a "good class." Program numbers included a violin selection by Mrs. Lewis Bird, accompanied by Mrs. Maurice Bird; accordian and steel guitar numbers by Brent and Mark Rig-trup. Rig-trup. Leo Crandall acting as master of ceremonies, read a number of letters from class members regretting re-gretting they could not attend. Leo was appointed chairman of arrangements ar-rangements for next year's reunion which will be the second annual and is being planned as a big one marking the 25th anniversary. Committeemen in charge of this year's event included Leo Crandall and Lewis Bird, general chairmen; Mrs. Naomi Thorn and Mrs. Al-mina Al-mina Madsen, invitations; Mrs. Dona Hutchings and Mrs. Evelyn Fry, reservations and decorations; Mrs. Rowena Rigtrup, program. Among those coming the farth-erest farth-erest to the function were Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Earl of Las Vegas, Nev., Mr. and Mrs. Rex Packard of , Beaver, Mr. and Mrs. Berne Kindred, Mrs. Ida Hoffman Tum-blin Tum-blin and husband of Salt Lake; Mrs. Margaret Huntington Jones and husband of Tooele. Other class members and partners included: Leo Crandall, Reed Rigtrup, J.
