Tingey, will graduate grad-uate this week from the BYU Air-force Air-force ROTC and receive his commission com-mission as a second lieutenant in the US Air Force Reserve. He has been serving as squadron commander. comman-der. Garth's major is chemistry. Mrs. G. D. Kennedy spent the past week in Salt Lake City with Mr. and Mrs. Donloe Kennedy and family. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Alleman and three sons of Reseda, Calif., are visiting a few days in Spring-ville. Spring-ville. They were accompanied to Springville by Mrs. Alleman's mother, Mrs. Ivie Metcalf, who .has . spent the past two months, with her children and families on the coast. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Raleigh of Logan were Memorial weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Owen Beardall. Mrs. Raleigh is the former Bell Beardall. Miss Faye Wliitney and Miss Geraldine Murray left the latter part of last week for San Diego, Calif., where they have accepted employment. Mr. and Mrs. V. C. Mendenhall of Las Vegas visited in Springville the latter part of last week coming com-ing for their son John's graduation from senior high school and for the Memorial weekend. Mrs. Farlin Wood and their two sons of Kaysville are visiting a few days with Mr. Wood's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Solan Wood. |
