Show Officers Explain State Benefits To Firemen Groups Alma Fullmer of Springville, president of the Utah State Firemen's Fire-men's association is joining with other state officers in making a concerted effort to have all firemen fire-men organizations affiliate with the state association, it was announced an-nounced this week. Where there are no firemen organization, or-ganization, the state officers are asking that serious thought be given by town officials to the establishment es-tablishment of an organization as a protection to property and individual in-dividual lives. A fireman stands ready to assist not only at the time of fire but in any emergency, it was stated. Certain benefits are derived from state affiliation and the state officers of-ficers and members of the various committees are in a position to explain ex-plain these benefits to interested organizations upon invitation, Mr. Fullmer announced. There are often of-ten new members in an organization organiza-tion who are unacquainted with the benefits derived from joining the state and often firemen organizations organiza-tions are not aware of the state benefits, Mr. Fullmer said. Such benefits will be explained to firemen organizations or to town officials planning to organize organ-ize new firemen groups, Mr. Fullmer Full-mer said in reporting his many visits already made to various organizations or-ganizations throughout the state to acquaint them with state affiliation af-filiation benefits. |
