Show Springville Cars to Be Scotch-Taped In Junior Chamber Safety Move In an effort to add their bit to make night driving driv-ing safer, the Springville Jaycee Club is planning to place a one-inch strip of Scotch light tape on the , bumper of Sorineille cars. They expect to begin the work Monday at 4 p.m. and are inviting car owners to drive to the police station, 65 South Main street, and have the aluminus tape placed on their car. A small charge will be made for each car. The Scotch tape which reflects a red illUminous light at night, has proven an effective safety device de-vice and everyone should take ad vantage of the Jaycee project and have their car taped, according to Bill Averett, president of the sponsoring spon-soring club. Time might be saved if car owners would contact committeemen committee-men and state the time theycan be at the police station. In charge of the project are: Scott Bertelsen, chairman; John Wightsel, Bud Schardine and Blaine Ostler. V " A I HEADS UN . . .
