Show CHEAPER SHOES DRUG ON MARKET, RETAILERS ASSERT BOSTON, Aug. 13. Shoes retailing at $5 and 7 a pair are a drug on the market, mar-ket, according to witnesses who appearec today at the grand jury investigation ot the high cost of living.
