Wage increases in-creases for railroad employees will be considered by the railroad administration immediately after the last of the striking shopmen have returned to work, Director Direc-tor General Hines aid today. Mr. Hines said the problem of freight rates was "Inextricably bound up" with tho question of wage advances, indicating that the long-expected advance in rates probably would not .fuliy develop until the wage demands are settled. |
