Show TANK FIRES HOUSE; BOYS SUE RAILROAD For personal injuries alleged to have ! been suffered when the family residence was burned near Helper, Utah, May 2, 1912, Eugene V. Stahr and Howard V. Stahr, each through his guardian ad litem, Joseph F. Stahr. filed suit in the Third district court ypsterday to recover $10,000 from the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad company. Burning of the building is attributed to the explosion of an oil tank in a railroad rail-road wreck near the house. Both boys suffered burns that may disfigure them ' for life, according to the complaint. j |
