NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Office of City Clerk. Rexburg, September IS, 1919. The City of Rexburg, Madison county. Idaho, i antes contractors to furnish sealed proposals for tlie construction of approximately 30,000 reel of sewer laterals and submains from S-inch diameter to 21 -inch diameter in Sewer District No. 1, together with the construction of the 2-J-lnch Main Trunk Sewer approximately approximate-ly S000 feet in length running westerly from the west city limits to the Teton river, according to plans on Hie in the City Clerk's office. Bids will be received by. the City Clerk of said citv until tlie 'hour of S p. m. on the Slh of October, .1919, at the office of The City Clerk. Utah, on receipt of a deposit of ten ($10.00) dollars. A certified check of fjve per cent of i the amount bid, made payable to the City Treasurer of tho City of Rexburg, Idaho, must accompany each bid, and i the same to be forfeited to the City of Rexburg if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract and furnish bond i f or faithful performance of the work in accordance with the contract. City will contract for these improvements improve-ments only on condition that bonds for sewer are voted and authorized by the i citizens of the City of Rexburg at the I election therefor to be held October 1, I 1919.
