"Commencing at a point 16 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Plat 'A,' Salt Lako City Survey; thence East 37ys feet; thence South U rods; thence West 'i'tli feet thence North 9 rods to the place of beginning." "Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 38, Plat 'li,' Salt Lake City Survey, and running thence West 3 rods; thence North 7 rods; thence East 3 rods; thence South 7 rods to the place of beginning, containing 1 square rods, together with all improvements thereon in anywise appertaining thereto," and for settlement of account, has been set for hearing on Friday, tho 4th day of April, A.
