Show WEST IS ISOLATED BY SLEET STORM DENVER, Colo., March 21. A severe sleet storm, accompanied by unusually high winds, that has swept northern Colorado and Wyoming for the last twenty-four hours has virtually paralysed transcontinental communication. Transcontinental Trans-continental telephone and telegraph wires j went down' early today and efforts at ' restoration have proven fruitless. The storm spent its fury early today ! between Rawlins and Cheyenne. U'yo. j The sleet and high wind continued during I the day, with but a light fall of snow.
