BOARD OF CONTROL TO HANDLE FOOTBALL President James E. Moss of the Utah High School Athletic association, has called a meeting of the members of the state board of control at the university this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. As this will he the only meeting before the annual Christmas gathering, the spring track meets and the coming football foot-ball season will be discussed. This is the first time that any attempt has been made by the association to take over football, foot-ball, but as most of the high schools of the state are adopting the gridiron game, the association is considering seriously the matter of taking this sport under Its wing. j
