Show WILL BE ARRAIGNED ON .FEDERAL CHARGES "Defendants agaf-nst whom the last federal fed-eral grand jury brought indictments will be arraigned before Judge Tillman D. Johnson in the United States -court next Saturday morning. Pleas will be entered en-tered at that time and dates for trial will be fixed, beginning on Monday, November No-vember 25. A petty jury, for the trial of criminal and civil cases, will be drawn within the next few days. Following the order of arraignment on Saturday, tiie rule-day calendar will be taken up and litigants will be given an opportunity for argument and to submit motions and demurrers. Tt is expected that the trial of criminal crimi-nal cases will occupy the attention of the court for from two to four weeks, at lhe conclusion ot which the trial, of civil cases will begin. Toward the close of the month the setting of civil cases for trial will ho made. |
