Jensen, commissioner commission-er of commercial economy for Utah, will mail a delivery questionnaire to every retail merchant in Salt Lake. Later these questionnaires will' be sent to all retail merchants throughout the state. The forms to be sent out by Air. Careful record of all dealers to whom the questionnaires are sen will be kept and those who fail to make a prompt return re-turn will later be asked for an explanation explana-tion which, with the completed form, will be forwarded to Washington.
