D. 191$ to Hart J. Fitzgerald, treasurer of the company, at No. 425 Atlas block, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 20th day of February, A. D. 1&1S wiil be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before will be sold on the 9th day of March, A. D.
