The closing games of a two days' basketball tournament of eight southern Idaho teams was witnessed last night by a large and enthusiastic crowd that packed the gymnasium. gym-nasium. - Oakley defeated Burley 44 to 18, winning the consolation cup. Twin Falls defeated Rupert 44 -to 23, winning the championship of south central Idaho. The local team will go to Moscow to participate in the state tournament. The games last night were attended by large numbers of rooters from the other towns represented at. the tournament, namely: Oakley. Burley, Hey burn, Rupert, Gooding. Good-ing. Wendell, Jerome as well as Twin Falls.
