Show GETS NEW VENIRE FOR MURDER TRIAL The unbroken record of convictions established es-tablished by the venire of twenty-five men from which was empaneled the jury that convicted Howard De Weese, wife slayer, proved too appalling for counsel for the defense in the case of G. C. Sutton Sut-ton and J. C. Seizor, charged wiTli murder mur-der in the fijst decree for the killing of Thomas Park at Bingham, January 13, 1D17. When tlie case was called before Judfce J. L-ouls Brown of the Third district court it was found that Attorney Y. N. Straup. former supreme court judge, had filed a motion for a new venire. A special venire of thirty-two was drawn immediately. Not enough of them could he brought into court yesterday to sta rt the case, however, how-ever, and it will be nejrun this morning. |
