Show LAND BOARD SHORTAGE PAID The last $20 of the alleged shortage in the accounts of B. O. Ellsworth whn he was clerk in the Ft ate land office I was paid to the board this morning. The money was turned over to the attorney general of the state Saturday by G. G. Armstrong, former judge of the district court, representing Mr. Ellsworth. The attorney general turned the 520 bill over to the land office employees. The money represents an Item in the alleged shortage that was not covered by the t ime of Mr. Ellsworth's bond to W. J. Lvnch, former secretary of tiie state board of land commissioners. A I total of $035. 4-1 was turned over to the I board recently by the bonding company. |
