Show SEVERE INJURY IS SUFFERED BY GIRL Special to The Tribune. KKMMERKR, Wyo., June 21. Nora Horner, young niece of John Matthews, a wen lib y Slate creek rancher about twenty miles from hpre, was brought to the local hospital yesterday suffering from a broken ankle. The young woman was In the act of mounting her horse about two miles from the Matthews ranch home when the animal stepped upon her ankle, breaking it. The girl sank down upon the ground unable to move and remained there until searchers found her in a serious condition condi-tion severn I hours after the accident. She was rushed to the ranch house, where temporary relief was administered, after which she was brought here. It is considered con-sidered fortunale that the girl was found so readily, as the accident occurred in a secluded spot. |
