Dr. Max Gold-farb, Gold-farb, one of the American Socialists who have arrived here, declares in a report submitted to the Dulch-.Scanilinavian committee that: "Although the United States Is already In the war, I can say that the position of the American Socialist party as a whole is strictly neutral and thoroughly International."
