MISS RAVENHILL TO LECTURE THURSDAY Miss Alice Raven hill, visiting lecturer in American colleges and universities, will speak under the auspices of the home economics department of the Fniverslty of Utah next Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock on "Home Feonomles of the Twentieth Century." Mies Ravenhill is making a tour of the country under the direction of the American Ameri-can Home Fcononilcs association. Her appearance at the Tniversity of Utah will be directed bv Miss Iivinna Parke and Miss Ulllifi Wirth of the home economics department. Miss Ravenhill Is a leader In the home economics field and has written several books on the subject. One of the most Important of thee is "Pomestic Science Teaching in the United States." Some of the lectures she has given on the present trip are : "Scope of Home Keonomlcs and Its Influence on Human Progress," "Methods of Teaching Home Keonomlcs."
