Perry, receiver of defendant, Tecoma Mines company, above named, praying for an order authorizing her, as such receiver, to sell at private sale real estate of said company, have been set j for hearing at 10 o'clock in tho forenoon I on Saturday, the 27 th day of January. ' The real estate of said Tecouia Mines company, desert bed in said petition, is as lollowst All those certain mining claims and property situated in the Lucin Mining district, principally in Hoxelder couniy, state of Utah, and partiully in iiiko county, state of Nevada, particularly described de-scribed as follows, to wit: "The Sunset, 1 1 10 Tecoma, the Morninpr Star, the Rising S-un, the Red Cloud, the Independence, the Confidence and the Empire lode mining min-ing claims.
