Show COMPENSATION LAW AFFECTS SCHOOLS Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Oct. SO. In an opinion rendered by Attorney General T. A. Walters, Wal-ters, at the request of State Commissioner Commis-sioner of Education E. A. Bryan, it is held that Idaho school districts come within the purview of the workmen's compensation act and must Insure with the state insurance fund. If their applications are denied, they may then furnish a surety bond or guaranty guar-anty contract. In accordance with this opinion, every school district in the state will be called upon to promptly comply with the law. |
