Show TWO NEW MINERALS FOUND ON PACIFIC BERKELEY. Cal.. Oct. 30. Two minerals min-erals not heretofore known to science have been discovered at Crestmore, Cal.. according to a bulletin issued today by Professor Arthur Eakie, department of geology. University of California. Professor Eakle has christened the discoveries, dis-coveries, respectively, "crestmoreiie" and "riversideite."' "Crestmoreite" Is described de-scribed as a new hydrous basic ortho-sillte, ortho-sillte, containing small amounts of other oxides in place of silica. "Riversideite" is a hydcous lime sulphate. |
