RAIN GIVES ZEST TO ALL BUSINESS J. P. Mahan of the Mahan Investment company reports better business in realty of late. He says: "The nice rains recently have put new life in business and the demand for property is greatly improved. I sold a nice pair of lots in Olendale addition to Mrs. Kelly; a house and lot 'on Seventh West for Mrs. Gifford to Mr. Foley, for $1600; a thirty-acre farm in Granger for A. J. Brewer to D. Pusini, Including stock and implements, Tor $6500. I have several other deals under consideration. We certainly expect aQlvely autumn."
