Lindsay, proprietress of a rooming house on Tw'enty-fourth at reel, was on i rial most of the day. but the matter was continued con-tinued until 10 o'clock tomorrow morrnne in order tr impanel a Jury for the appeal rase of FYed M. Tout, manager of the Senate saloon, charged with selling liquor on Sunday. The Tout case will he taken up for ' ornptetion of the Jury at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. |
