PETROLEUM EXPORT IS NOT PROHIBITED By International News Service. BUCHAREST, Aiijf. 14. The minister minis-ter of finance announces that tho exportation ex-portation of petroleum from Rumania is no longer prohibited but will bo eb-i eb-i jected to tho closest inspection, to prevent pre-vent tho movement of arms and munitions muni-tions across tho border. Bulgaria recently removed the embargo em-bargo on tho exportation of wheat and other foodatuffs. Rumania now removes the embargo on petroleum, of which she is a largo producer. The bulk of these products will, therefore, in th natural course of events, now find their way into Austria and Gormany.
