Show BADGER IN MYERS V WIN DOUBLES TITLE t i: Defeat Roberts Brothers; Miss Hutchinson and Mrs. Callaghan Victorious, George Badger, winner of the inter-mountain inter-mountain tennis singles championship f two years ago, and Aaron Myers yestcr- day won the final and deciding set ia the finals for the state doublet cham-pionship cham-pionship from Frank and D. C. Roberu-on Roberu-on the Salt Lake Tennis club courts. This gives Badger and Myers the slate championship without their having lost -a single match during the course of the tournament. The contest, which was a" five-set I ; match, was begun last Saturday. At j. that time Badger and Myers won two r sets and Roberts and Roberts one set and N four games in the fourth set. Frank Roberts defeated Badger Sun-day Sun-day for the state singles championship in L: an exceptionally bard-fought match. He continued his brilliant playing in the doubles, but failed to get sufficient support sup-port from his brother to overcome the j-exceilent j-exceilent teamwork of Badger and ; Myers.
