Show NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT. Raymond-Illinois Mining company, principal prin-cipal place of business. Salt Lake City, Utah; mineg at Eureka, Utah. Notice is nercby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, duly held March 1, 1909, an assessment of one-half a cent per 6haro per month, for threo months, was levied on the outstanding capital stock of tho corporation, payable to M. B. Johnson, at room 506, Atlas building, as follows: One-half cent per sharn payablo immediately. im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 31st day of March. 1909, will be delinquent and odvertloed for sale r.t public auc-''tlon, auc-''tlon, and, unless payment is made before; will be sold on tho 16th day of April, 1909, to pay the delinquent assessment, togother with tho co3t of advertising and cxpenso of sale. One-half cent per share shall be pay- I ayblo on the 17th day of April, 1909.
