Show II. W. PRICKETT WILL OPEN AN OFFICE IN THIS CITY H. W. Prickett. formerly general traffic traf-fic manager of the Kansas City stock 'yards, arrived in Salt Lake from Kansas Kan-sas City Saturday. He is stopping at the Knulsford. Mr. Prickett resigned his position to represent the St. Joe iSr Grand Island railroad in the inter-mountain inter-mountain country. His district will include in-clude Utah, Idaho, Nevada. Oregon, Washington and Montana. Prior to his connection with the Kansas City stock yards Mr. Prickett was couuectod with the system which ho wil represent in tho future. During the eighteen years that he was connected with the reail-road reail-road company Mr, Prickett has served in various capacities. Tho position which he left to .ioiii the stock yards was that of assistant general freight agent of the St. Joe & Rock Island. Mr. Prickett will make Salt Lake City his headquarters in the future. lie will open an oflicc hero next week. TJao establishment of offices in this city at the present time indicates that the roadt which Mr. Prickett represents is working along lines of expansion rather than retrenchment, as has been characteristic of many other Western roads. |
