Jr., for about 510.000. The last of these small lots was disposed of this week, all being purchased by people of moderate mod-erate means for home sites. New buildings build-ings are already being erected on these lois by the purchasers, most, of them small cottages. Edward E. Jenkins is putting up three pretty brick cottages on Ninth South between Fifth and Sixth Easr, opposite Liberty Park, which will cost iu the vicinity of $3000 each.
