Stockdalo made application Friday for a modi fica lion of tho order restraining restrain-ing Mrs. Bisscll from taking their minor child, William Francis Stockdalo. out of the state with her second husband, Charles Bisscll, and giving him tho privilege of visiting tho child at any time. Stockdalo set out that Bisscll is an undesirable person to havo tho custody of the boy, to which Mrs. Bisscll Bis-scll answered that she haB no intention of removing the child from the stato permanently and that Stockdalo has nover shown any natural affection for tho youngster. Although Stockdale has paid the alimony ali-mony of $2 a week for the support of the child, he has dono ho irregularly, it is 'alleecd. Tt is Bisscll 's intention to give the child a good homo, it is further al'eged. If Stockdalo is allowed to visit the child at her home, Mrs. Stockdale alleges, ho will not only bo I ungentlemanlv. but prove a sourco of annoyance both to her and Bisscll. She suggests that the child be taken to visit Bissell at Bisscll 's place of emplo37nent. Mrs. Stockda'e also asks that tho allow mice for tho lad be increased from $2 a week to a month. |
