Show DESERTION IS ALLEGED. Charlie Andrews Is Made Defendant in Divorce Suit. Special to Thu Tribune. OGDEN, Sept. 1. Attorney R. S. Farnsworth today filed a complaint in the District court In behalf of Louise Ellen Andrews against Charles M. Andrews, In which the plaintiff seeks to secure a decree de-cree of divorce from the defendant on the ground of desertion. The parties were married at Des Moines, la., in 1891. "Charlie" Andrews was ono of the best railroad men In the West and has held positions as dispatcher all over what now constitutes the Harriman system. He wan a Southern man and a quaint character. He left Ogden, where he had held a trick lu tho dispatcher's otllce of the Southern Pacific, about one year ago, and his present whereabouts is unknown. |
