Campbell was paroled about two months ngo In tho complaint Mrs. Cnmpbell alleges al-leges that she Avns married to the defendant de-fendant at Roan, Tex.. February 4, 1890, and that four children arc now-living now-living ,ns a result of tho union. The ground upon which tho plaintiff asks for a divorce is that tho defendant was convicted of a felony last JJovcnv her and hns already served a portion of his sentence in tho State prison. The plaintiff asks for the custody of the four minor children, the oldest of whom is 0 years of age, and for $30 a month as pcrnianont alimony. |
