Show VERDIOT, NOT GUILTY. Jury Says John Firth Did Not Disturb Dis-turb the Peace. Specixl to Tho Trihmie. PROVO. Sept. 6. John Firth of Goshen was tried last evening in Justice 'Coon's court by a jury on a charge of disturbing the peace of L. O. Ercanbrack. A verdict ver-dict of not guilty was returned. The case grew out of a petty quarrel over water. T. O.
