The capital stock Is 52.500.0W, divided Into $100 shares, held nn follows. George A. Snow, 21.503; Gcorgo T. Odcll, Frank B. Stephens, Joseph W. Houston, James II. Patcrson, Joshua F. Grant, Don H Porter and Beu-ner Beu-ner X. Smith, ono share each. Here Are the Officers. The officers of tho corporation nro as follows: Georgo T. Odcll, president; James II. Paterson, vice-president; Bonner Bon-ner X. Smith, secroUiry and treasurer; Joseph V. Houston, chairman of the board of directors. Franchiso Transferred. Georgo A. Snow and William Darst, to whom the franchise for the plant was granted, havo transferred all their righto to tho company, and thoro also has been turned over to the company a largo amount of real C3tate. plans and specifications, specifi-cations, etc.. of the value of 52.4W.3O0. Where Plant Will Bo Built. Mr Snow when seon by a representative representa-tive of Tho Tribune, Wednesday, said that actual work In Salt Lako would begin at an early date.
