Show REAL ESIAOES Will Distribute Thousands of Copies of Booklet "Our Point of View." ASSOCIATION OBJECTS TO CERTAIN PHOTOGRAPHS Would Put a Ban Upon Those Caricaturing Brigham Young and Mormons. At tho regular meeting and luncheon of the Real Esiato Association at the Commercial Com-mercial Club Wednesday many matters of Importance and of Interest to the public were considered. The building committee reported that several buildings and building sites had been looked at and considered for tho new homo of tho organization and asked for another week in which to mako a further Investigation. This was granted and at the next meeting It Ib expected that some definite steps will bo taken toward locating lo-cating tho organization In a suitable home. To Circulate Booklet, It was decided to put "Our Point of View," tho booklet that has boen prepared by tho association, In tho hands of tho printer at once. Tho first edition will consist of 110,000 copies. Of these tho railroad companies liave promised to distribute dis-tribute 1CO.000 copies at their several agencies In tho East Thin will be the llrst time that any material setting forth the advantages of Salt Lako City has been systematically distributed throughout through-out the East. Others May Circulate It. Tho remaining 10,000 copies will be for distribution by the association headquarters. head-quarters. "Our Point of View" Is a neat booklot setting set-ting forth In concise form tho advantages of Salt Lako City as a desirable place for those seeking homes or Investments. Object to Certain Pictures. A strong protest was presented by various va-rious members of the association agulnst tho salo and distribution of certain pictures pic-tures caricaturing tho Mormons, such as tho Brlglmm Young bod sceno and others of a similar nature. An Investigation has been made which .shows that several hundred hun-dred thousand of these pictures arc being distributed over the United States each year and It was tho unanimous decision of tho meeting that this am only be a detriment detri-ment to Salt Lako City and the entlro Slalo and that steps should be taken to prevent the further sale and distribution of thoso pictures. To this end a committee commit-tee was appointed to dovlse ways and means to accomplish this and was Instructed In-structed If necessary to take tho matter up with the Federal authorities as tho pictures alluded to have been barred from the malls, being classed as obscene matter. mat-ter.
