May Bring Magic Effect. This movement is tho outcomo of the rocent visit of the Salt Lake Commercial club to Los Angeles. Many of the mem-bcrs mem-bcrs of the club were attracted by the Improvements that were being made on 1 Broadway In Los Angeles and having seen tho almost magic effect that was wrought 1 there, decided that a start along- the same lines .should be made In Salt Lake. Tho plan Is to remove all poles and wires from the street and In place of the unsightly arc lights Install ornamental Iron poles about llftccn feet In height, nur-mounted nur-mounted with a cluster of Incandescent lnnips Inclosed In ground glass.
