To Whom It May Concern: Notlco Is hereby given to the qualified electors of Salt Lako City who have paid a property tax In said city for the year lDOI. that on tho 13th and iffth days of December, 1901, at the offices of the several registration agents In tho several sev-eral olcct'in precincts of said city, between be-tween tho hours of 8 o'clock a. m. and 9 o'clock p. m. on said days, tho registration regis-tration books of said registrars will bo open and said registration ngents will attend their several offices for tho nur-poso nur-poso of registering all qualified electors of said city who havo paid a property tax In said city In tho year 1901, (who aro not now registered) for the special election elec-tion on the question of said city incurring incur-ring bonded Indebtedness to supply snld city with water and sewers, to bo hold January 3. 1905.
