Show HARRIMAN PARTY EASTWARD BOUND President Harrlman's stay In the city was shorter than was anticipated. The party spent the gTeater part of the morning visiting the smelters at Murray, and seemingly no railroad business bus-iness was transacted. At any rate no official informatlpn was forthcoming, and Mr. Harrlman had no further statemont to make beyond be-yond what he told The Tribune Tuesday Tues-day evening. It Is expected that the changes will not be announced at headquarters head-quarters until the return of General Manager Bancroft and General Superintendent Super-intendent Buckingham from Omaha, where they have gone with President Harrlman and the other officials. Concerning the construction of the brass and Iron foundry in Ogden thero was no official announcement made, and everyone who was asked about It refused re-fused to talk. The special train pulled out at 1:30 for Ogden, nnd will go first to St. Louis where the party will spend a few days at the World's Fair and then East. |
