Show Court in Session nt EarmintotL Special to The Tribune. FARMINGTON. ' April 27.-DIotrlct court convened with Judge Rolapp on tho bench. Tho first case on the calendar was that of James P. Freeze and others vs. Western Loan and Trust company. Tho demurrer was overruled ln that case and twenty days given In which to an- M. C Sharnos vs. tho Improved Brick company. Motion to set asldo default was granted; answer to stand as filed. In the matter of tho estate of Zahn Tclr. deceased, an order appointing William Tclr executor was made. Ho was placed under $1200 bonds. , , The State of LTtah vs. W. H. Smith, charged with grand larceny, was tried and defendant convicted and sentenced to one year ln the State penltontlary. Court adjourned for tho term. Mrs. Dara Robinson was brought homo from tho hospital yesterday, much Improved Im-proved and ln a fair way to recovery. |
