Candidates will bo selected from this meet to compote in the State High school track meet. Tho West SIdcrs havo been doing some hard work under tho direction of Coach Callahan, Cal-lahan, and feel confident of carrying off tho Stato honors. Richmond tho star broad Jumper. Is at present without a peer In the State. He has cleared moro than twenty-two fccU and In prictlco he novor falls below twenty-one. Otto Peters, a new find, Is doing some remarkable work In the sprints. Ho Is of tho Harry Moore type, and gives promise of becoming a Stato bcator. Ben Harris Is doing so.tio good polo vaulting and long-dlstanee running. Capt. Kcphcart is doing tho high Jumping stunt, and scales the llshrod to good advantage ad-vantage Richardson Is tossing tho shot and Juggling tho hammer.
