Show Entertain April Bride. Miss Laura Bird, whoso marriage to Frederick W. Sinclair lakes places on Wednesday next, was guest of honor at an Informal afternoon party last Tuesday, Tues-day, Mrs. Sinclair and Miss Sinclair being be-ing the hostesses. Red carnations wero used throughout in the decorations, tho color being carried out also in tho refreshments, re-freshments, which were made in the shape of hearts as far as possible. Beautiful clusters of violets tied with heliotrope ribbons were the favors of tho afternoon. The time was spent ln knotting a pretty comforter, which was presented to the bride-to-be at the close of the afternoon. Among those who en-Joyed en-Joyed the altogether pleasant affulr were Mrs, F.
