Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting of tho board of directors of the Kclth-O'Brlcn Kclth-O'Brlcn Company, held at Salt Lako City, Utah, cn tho 8th day of March, 1901, an assessment of 50 per cent, to wit: $50 per sharo, was levied upon the outstanding capital stock of tho said Keith-O'Brien Company, payablo to E. G. Kidder, secretary secre-tary of said company, at room 100 David Kolth building. Salt Lake City, Utah, on or beforo tho 2nd day of May, IPOI.
