It Is reported that a combine Is formed by Ml. Pleasant, Ephraim and Fountain Green. These settlements are to stand together and remove tho county seat to Ephraim. get a branch State school at Mt. Pleasant, and grant a franchise lo the Fountain Green Power company in ML Pleasant nnd Ephraim for their electric lights. Manti citizens arc not greatly disturbed over the outlook.
