S Jenkins Judgment Affirmed The Supreme court handed down an opinion yesterday afllrmlng the Judg menl of the lower court In the damage suit of Ahram Jenkins vs the Mammoth Mam-moth Mining company Jenkins was Injured I while being lowered in a e slat sl-at the companys mine and secured a verdict for 7000 after which the company com-pany appealed The company contended t that Jenkins and the cage operator Daniel 1 Knotts were fellow servants and the fact that t the Injury was the result of the manner in I which Knotts handled time cago would preclude re covciy under the fellowservant act Justice Basklu who wrlles the opinion of the court holds with the other justices jus-tices concurring that the two men were engaged In different grades of service and therefore were not fellowservants Qlber alleged errors relied upon by the appellant are also held untenable and the Judgment accordingly afllrmcd
