NAMING JUDICIAL TICKET Only Four Men Prominently Mentioned Men-tioned by the Democrats I If the general expression holds good with the Democratic Judicial convention conven-tion four men can now be mentioned from whose ranks the three Judgeship nominations Will l come They arc Joseph Jo-seph T Richards V C Halt John W Burton and Judge A G Norrell Tho almost unanimous prediction Is that both Richards and Hall will be nominated leaving the third place a choice between John W Burton and Judge Norrell Mr Hall has not yet consented to accept a nomination but It Is believed that he will do so eventually Should he decline the nomination will in all probability go to Judge Cherry unless Judge Norrell should defeat Burton In that case Burton and Judge Cherry would be In the race against each other
