Show KitKiiiiiT vrom the Kast. Tlu're I was sonio disappointment yesterday morning at the U. C. depot when the sixteen cars of freight for Salt Lako that were reported by Doserot telegraph tele-graph on Saturday evening as being at Ogdcn arrived here, and turned out to be principally coal and grain, instead of general merphandise, as our storekeepers store-keepers had hoped. It was too bad for the operator at ()gden to bo trifle with their feelings. Coal and corn are very acceptable in thoir place, but they aro not what our merchants most jvant juat now. |
