| Show THE GERMAN ELECTION Final Returns All in but Doubt Still Exists as to the Majority BERLIN June 28 Reports received today to-day complete the returns from all the 397 electoral constituencies of the empire The exact numerical relations of the parties nevertheless are still in doubt as several candidates have reserved the decision de-cision concerning the military demand of the government The situation situa-tion is further complicated by the rejection of returns in five consti tuencies where irrigularities vitiated the elections One of these constituencies is in Jericho where Count Herbert Bismarck Bis-marck is supposed to have been elected I those constituencies are allowed according ac-cording t returns the list is divided generally as follows Clericals 82 Social Democrats 45 Conservatives 77 Free Conservatives 25 National Liberals 52 Guelphs 8 Alsatians 12 AntiSemites 17 Richter Radicals 23 Radical Unionists 1 Poles 19 Independent Clericals 1 Bavarian Plasants League 2 South German Ger-man Democrats 1 Danes 1 Of these 199 are counted for the army bill and 185 against it Thirteen are I clawed as doubtful I |
