THOUGHT TO BE IKSAXE Young Aldrich tho Forger Locked Up by Sheriff McQueeu W F Aldrich the young emulator of i Jim the Penman who during the past year has victimized a score or so of people by getting them to cash checks to which he had forged the signature of his father i was arrested yesterday by Sheriff Mc Queen acting under the instructions of the probate court It is alleged that Aldrich Ald-rich is insane and this action was taken at the instance of his family The young mans father Charles W Aldrich is the manager of the Swan Lake Reservoir Canal company and is a hiirhly respected business man He has done everything in his power to induce his son to lead a better life and has spent considerable money in squaring cases in order to keep 1 him out of the penitentiary The impression impres-sion that the young man is not sane has been growing for some time and his parents have finally reached the conclusion conclu-sion that such is the case Aldrich is now confined in the county jail and his mental condition will be Inquired In-quired into next Tuesday
