DREADFUL THREATS Isabella McKibheu Charges Her Husband J t Hus-band with Cruelty The Tax Collector Enjoined frum Soiling ropcrtyThe Fntsch Settlement District Dis-trict and Probate Court Orders Isabella McEibben filed a divorce suit against Charles L McKibben in the Third district court yesterday The parties were married in 1890 and have one child 2 years of age The plaintiff alleges that the defendant has treated her in a cruel and inhuman manner causing her much r mental suffering and distress He also upon one occasion threatened to kill her and then commit suicide Hence she prays for a decree of divorce with the custody of her child and for further relief re-lief In addition to this she asks for attorneys at-torneys fees in the sum of 100 and temporary tem-porary alimony in the sum of 40 per month penning a final hearing She further prays for a restraining order to prevent the defendant from disposing of property valued at 700 The order was issued late yesterday afternoon by Judge Bartch
